Flexible Hair Salon Cancellation Policy

we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we've designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible, while still ensuring the smooth operation of our salon.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel last minute due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs with understanding and compassion.

Our goal is to provide exceptional service while respecting the time and effort of both our clients and our staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.

To ensure your satisfaction and comfort, we have established the following policies:

Appointment Policy:

    Appointments are recommended to ensure timely service.

    Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

    Please arrive on time for your appointment.

    Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

     We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 12 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancelation fee:

    n/s or Less than 1 hours’ notice 100%.

               Less than 3 hours’ notice 75%.

               Less than 6 hours’ notice 50%.

               Less than 12 hours’ notice 25%.

Payment Policy:

    Payment is due at the time of service.

    We accept only credit/debit cards payment.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

    We strive to provide excellent service and ensure your satisfaction.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know so we can make it right.

Health and Safety:

    Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.

    We follow strict sanitation and hygiene practices to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.

Children Policy:

    Children are welcome in our salon, but we ask that they are accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

    Please understand that our salon can be a busy and potentially hazardous environment for unsupervised children.

Product Returns and Exchanges:

    Unused and unopened products may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund.

    Opened or used products cannot be exchanged or refund.

Communication Policy:

    We value open and honest communication with our clients.

    Please feel free to discuss any concerns or preferences with your stylist during your appointment.
